Worst online shopping experience and lack customer service

I bought at mr price online they sent me an email confirming that I can collect my order and that it's in a locker and I should be able to open the locker with the barcode number provided, the locker couldn't open, their staff tried to assist but also couldn't open the locker, I spent 2 hours waiting for the locker to be opened without any luck, they rebooted their locker system and nothing seemed to work, I left empty handed and they advised that they called for a technician. This was the worst online shopping experience ever. I then sent an email but have not received any response, also bad customer service.
