Worst Online Service - Never buy from Mr Price Online

Very bad online service!

I made an online purchase last week Tuesday (24/11/2020) from Mr Price Online (One-day-deal only). My transaction was approved but the Order was cancelled by the system without any reason. I have been calling them, sending WhatsApp messages, emails, Facebook messages and if I do manage to get hold of someone, they just keep telling me the query has been escalated.

How long does it take to resolve a simple online transaction?? Now I bet you, the response is going to be "OUT OF STOCK"!!!!

Mr Price - Your service sucks and you don't have any competent people handling customer services or even trying to resolve any queries.
