WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!!

Worst experience I have ever!!! With Mr Price online. I have been using the app for a long time now unfortunately a few days ago I had connectivity problems while trying to place the order on the app, chose the instant EFT payment option the money was debited but the items remained in my basket and the order did not go through. After engaging with them on WhatsApp and being told to wait for 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect and sending through bank statements I am still waiting for Nivashni to contact me. Never received a call or an email saying I’ve logged a query or even a reference number. I have even accepted that am not getting that money back. I have had problems before that were solved within 24 hours but this time was way different. No communication whatsoever from Mr Price side, pity I cannot resolve this from the store
