Worst online service and assistance
<p>I placed my order on 7 June and is still waiting for it?? First when i placed it, it deducted my money from my account but I nevr received a confirmation. I phoned in and the agent said he will call me back once he receives feedback from their IT department. I never received a call and eventually phoned the next day only to hear he is still "waiting" The 9th I phoned back again and a different person told me that my order was re-submitted and will be a day late! I received an email from Mr Price online on the 12th saying my order is on its way....to my disappointment I had to phone again today, 19June, as I am still waiting! Now I am being told it will only arrive latest Wednesday???? This is extremely frustrating and I have never experienced such bad service from any of my other providers i do online shopping!! Please deliver my order ASAP!!!!!!!</p>

So no one contacted me! I had to phone in yesterday again!! So today the agent returned my call only to tell me that i WILL NOT receive my order today, Wednesday as promised on Monday, but latest Friday!!! Then requesting to cancel my order I am told refund takes 3 to 5 days!! If a 7 to 8 day delivery takes this long will i ever get a refund then??? So I continued and said I would rather go through all the inconvenience of waiting for the delivery on Friday, in order to guarantee that i will get the refund, IF I DO IT MYSELF, his tune changed yet again saying delivery could be Monday!!!!! OMG this is absolutely unacceptable!
