Worst online service

<p>So I ordered stuff 2 weeks ago from mrp and I paid for d2d delivery. For days my account was awaiting payment which I made the very same day. And then days later changed to processing and now it's on hold.. no communication from mrp, u pay to get your delivery in 3 days and weeks later they are mum and they don't follow up and assure their customers regarding the processes of their sales.. PLEASE refund me my d2d delivery fee since it was useless in this case. You are taking our money and get u still don't deliver. You should be ashamed of yourself because your are robbing us blind</p>
