Worst online delivery service

I am so disappointed in Mr price online services I ordered on the 29th of November and I haven't received my order as yet. Each day when I check the status of my order it has a different date on it Went from the 23rd and now its on the 29th of December this has exceeded the click and collect estimated times. It's now more than 15 working days waiting for this particular order. I complained on their Instagram page and I was refunded the delivery fee of 10rand I am not sure if this was supposed to make up for the fact that my order still hasn't arrived to date
