Worst experience of my life!

<p>I have tried Mr Price's online services a few times now and Not one of those times have I received my orders on time. I will never be making use of these services again and I will let everyone I know or that will listen know that they should not waste their time. Everytime I request help or a reason as to why this keeps on happening, the customer service I receive is surely lacking! I have been in contact with Ashley and Nontando and they have been very unhepfull and have not given me any reason or explanations after I have requested it more than 10 times! And then they promise you that you will be refunded for the deliveries, and on the day that you request it, they only eefubd part because it was only 2 days late. I am sorry but will you be refunding me the petrol and parking I had to pay to go to the store each night to ask if I can get my order??? This whole situarion is just laughable to say the least. I know the company promises to call you and resolve, but as far as the service I have received, they will probably say they will follow up or contact you and then just ignore you. </p>
