Worst experience in Mr Price Riversquare

It took me days to write this review because I was still trying to digest the level of disrespect and bad experience I had in that store. We went to buy clothes in that store. We got there approximately an hour before their closing time.

The service we received from everyone not greeting their customers to rude and unfriendly sales assistance. I went to women's department looking for a size and you could tell that the sales assistant was irritated by me asking for help.

Then at fitting rooms the lady who was there kept on shouting we want to go home, hinting to us that we need to hurry with our shopping because they are tired.As we were busy checking sizes on chinos we heard the intercom shouting we need to approach the tills as the store was about to be closed. Mind you it is still 5 minutes before closing time.

Then heading towards the tills the cashier who was ringing our items was also not that friendly but the person who annoyed me the most was the supevisor who grabbed the clothes from that cashier's hands hinting that she is slow and annoyed that we were still in the store. She was extremely rude. We ended up taking wrong sizes because we were so rushed. I feel so annoyed because we spent R3000 in that store yet our hard earned money is not valued. To date I haven't opened those shopping bags, I hate them because I am still very angry. To think of how many branches we passed just to go to that branch with this expensive petrol and to be disrespected like that. I feel like refunding all of those clothes because it will be unfair to exchange them in other branches who I assume they are going to give us better service. I hate that store, apart from me going there to return all those clothes you will never see me in that store ever again in my life. They don't have even 1% of customer service in that store. Please take all of them to training because you are going to loose and end up closing that branch because of all the people you hired there.
