Worst experience ever

I've had an account with Mr Price for about 2 years going to 3 and i've never missed any payment until this month as my salary came in late, they never called to find out why i never made that payment and the next i get is an sms telling that my account has been referred to Credit Bureau only because of one payment. i'm so ****ed off i'm going to make the paying and close the account i want absolutely nothing to do with Mr Price at this point in time !!!!!!!!
