WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Iam highly upset about my experience at Mr Price Clothing in Baywest Mall. My Fiance and myself came to return an item and exchange it for a bigger size. So we were standing in the line for prob about 10-15min to get to the front, this guy helping us asks us who is going to pay for the items because he can only help one person at a time... So obviously this is store policy otherwise he wouldn`t mention it I guess BUT what about the African ladies he helped 2 customers before me who were both adults? what about the African lady with 4kids they helped before me?? and don`t come with her kids can`t stay alone , etc. because just like I had to stand like a child on the side of all the tills they could also have done that. And then don`t allow so many people in your store if the policy is one person per family. Is this now because Iam white????? Iam not a ****** person and will never be I was brought up by a African women and a White women and Iam proud of who Iam! But it is people like him and the store manager that did nothing about it that create this divide between race. I never thought I would every feel this way about Mr Price because I always saw them as this diverse shop where you can go and it doesn`t matter what you earn, what your gender is or what your race is, but Iam so dissapointed in what happened!!! And it was a white guys so was he scared to follow the Covid Policy because he thought maybe the African ladies will say it is race?? I don`t know but if it is that makes him and Mr Price ****** because not following policy due to race of someone that is ******. We all want to be treated the same no matter the race!!!!! And if this is not a race thing, then tell me because please I want to know what makes me different????????
