Worst experience ever

<p>On Saturday the 29 th April 2017 I went to tygervalley mall to pay all my accounts do my monthly shopping and return 4 items bought at Mr Price for my patner , after along day at the mall my last stop was Mr price , as i walked in to the store the security approached me to look if the bags i had in my trolley was closed then after checking i went directly to the shelf where the t-shirts were took the correct sizes and walked through the shop ended up purchasing almost R2000 worth of clothing which if i might add also there is never anyone to help you on the damn falls you have to look yourself and walk the shop through to find someone to help you, when i came at the counter i rang up all items an paid for it then infront of the cashier took the closed up packet with the items which i was returning opened it up infront of her which had a markhams packet also inside with reciepts and told her i'd like to exchange these for smaller sizes , she looks at me ask's me if i had a reciept for it and i answered no but all tags are still on and she calls another collegue of hers takes the t-shirts the ones being returned and the ones i was taking puts it aside and tells me to wait one side while she helps the other clients , while waiting for an hour and continously asking the staff why me and my son had to stand and wait so long just for the exchange of items one of the staff members answerd me very ugly saying the manager will attend to you once she is done i then asked done with what ? and why is it taking so long my child is nagging because he is tired and im just standing and waiting for a response from someone ! Eventually the manager returns to the counter telling another staff member to do the exchange without an explaination or a damn apology ! when i asked the lady she said they were going through footage to see if i stole the items i was returning . Embarresed by standing in a shop full of people looking and being treated like a ***** minutes after spending this amount of money again this has been the worse day ever i was literally hole day in the mall with a trolley full of goods and at this point and time i only wanted to get done and get home ! i am still traumitised by this happenings and how it was handled that i have been seeking legal advise and i am going to sue Mr Price for defamation of character i am tired of ill mannered staff and how they mistreat there customers .</p>
