worst experience ever
the worst online experience of my entire life. I placed an order on the 17th December and till this day, i have not received it. I called through your call center and asked to speak to a manager when the agent could not assist me. I held on the line for over 5 minutes and my line was dropped. I called the courier company as well and its been stories after stories. Im so upset right now and i regret ever making a purchase with you. This whole experience is horrible.
