WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE - MR PRICE HAASENDAAL - CHESSTHOE

Appalling attitude and worst ever customer service and experience in the presence of store management - I am still in shock after receiving ********** service from Cashier and furthermore encouraged to go to Head Office even giving the Regional Manager's name. Despite several requests from his manager to stop back chatting me as the customer, he replies loud and clear I HAVE MY RIGHTS and that he wont !!!! He leaves the till point goes to the floor to make a call from his cellphone on the shop floor in front of customers so as I leave the store I turn back and ask him for his name please as his badge is conveniently turned around, he shockingly shows me he will first finish his private call on his cell at 09h25 which is clearly not his lunch then happily states his name to me, upon returning to the store with my husband 5mins later we are met with th same cashier busy discussing me with another cashier loudly I wont sign a warning ..........like hell will I sign a warning for that, he looks up gets the fright of his life and I say to him Dont stop on my account please continue to discuss customers......Worst ever ever experience I feel sorry for the store manager as it was evident he had no respect for even her !!!!!!!!
