WORST DELIVARY SERVICE EVER

Wish i had never order anything online with them. My cooking items were correct.

Only half my order came. Order 4 scatters, 2 navy and to with print. 3 arrived, all different. order a pan, was dented.

only after emailing the customer service do they tell you that certain items take longer than others, Then i email all the codes with incorrect items, no answer of replacement to anything

Asks me to send pictures of the dented pan, which i send, only to be told or advised if im able to exchange it at the store.

what is the point them of online delivery if I have to go back to the store.

This is ridiculous. I paid the amount in full for the correct and in good conditions. No some mismatched items that I didnt want.
