Worst Customer Service, Will Likely ***** Your Money

I placed an order on the 13th of November 2020, and selected delivery at store pick up. Till this day it still says ready to ship and every time I try to contact Mr Price, I receive no answer. I've gone in three times to the store for collection and all three times I have been told they do not have the order. I'm quite disappointed with your lack of customer service and every time I request I refund, I receive the same answer I need to do it once I have the order. Disgusting really.
