Worst customer service provided by Charity Mall of the south

I ordered stuff online, then got an email to come collect my order. When I got here, I find the employees busy. I stood by the " click and collect" queue with no one attending to me... seeing that no one is attending me. I reached out ti this lady by the name of Charity. I greeted her and asked for assistance. The lady pretended not to hear me. I repeated again and she just purposefully ignored me again and said to her colleagues that she has clocked out. She doesn't say anything to me and I wouldn't have known that she clocked out. One of the colleagues came to assist and was as shocked as I was about the kind of customer service Charity "provided"
