WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Mr Price has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered something online, which I paid for, but never received. It was suddenly out of stock when they delivered the rest of my goods. I then went and bought it myself. They then phoned me 2 day later, wanting to deliver the out of stock item. I told them they must cancel and give me credit because I already went and bought it myself over the weekend. I've never received the credit for it. I have been sending e-mail on e-mail on e-mail. I tried phoning, after transferring my call to different people they eventually cut me off. And when I phoned again there was just NO ANSWER. USELESS!!!!!!!! This has been going on for MONTHS now! I honestly don't know what to do anymore to get their attention.
