Worst customer service , ever!!

<p>On the 15th of December , my handbag got ****** while shopping in Mr price at the Glen mall. The shop assistants did nothing about it , they refused to view the footage saying the manager was not around. Non of them were willing to help , I ended up standing by the door like a security guard loping for my bag because they were not helping at all. They didn't even close the door to ensure everyone is locked in and we can look for my bag . I'm really disappointed with their services especially involving such a crime and having to do their job by standing at the door looking for my bag, if they acted on it I'm sure I was going to get my bag. Such pathetic customer service !!</p>
