Worst Customer Service

Am so disappointed with your service. I just walked out of MrP Cape Town CBD adderley street. They refuse to give me a bag to put the clothes I bought, I had to leave the clothes because I couldn't carry them bare. I was not aware that now you are selling your bags and there is no signage that shows or in your Facebook page and your online store that tells that a customer must be prepared to carry her/his clothes bare.i even asked the manager of the store and she said "unfortunately you have to carry them by your hands". Am so disappointed, I walked out without the clothes I went to buy. That is the worst move that MrP have ever done.
