WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mr Price Customer service is THE WORST. so many platforms offering asistance but they are useless. Ive tried for almost an hour to get a response to my question on the whatsapp line which claims to give u and answer quickly. I even called a store for stock was told there is stock and got there 50 mins later after being in peak traffic amd there was nothing. All they said when i complained was sorry. Meanwhile my time and peteol was wasted. Such a big company and you cant get your customer service in order? Its ridiculous.. Countless times ive attempted getting help from Mr P and its always a mess!
