Worst customer service and false adverti*****t

On the 26 of Dec 2019 we went to Mr price in Bloed street mall to purchase shorts that were on promotion it was buy 2 for R199 I even asked one of the staff if it apply to all the shorts that were on the table she said yes, when we got to the till they told us one of the shorts in linen and promotion doesn't apply but on their advert it didn't specify and also the stuff member who said all the short were on promo she claimed that it's not her department and the person who works in that department is not at work.. The store manager didn't want to take the mistake that was made by his stuff also the cashier said she is just the cashier and knows nothing about the items on the floor, then they started giving us attitude and making fun of us including the security guard, at the end of the day we left without being assisted because if it wasn't for that promo we wouldn't have interest in buying them. The store manager then went to remove all the linen shorts in the table because he saw that it was false advertising.
