WORST Customer Service

I placed an order from them and received a SMS on Thursday 16/02/23 to say my order will be delivered on this day between 12pm - 5pm. I still didnt receive my order after 5:30, so I reached out to the online support team, NO ONE could assist me because the courier service and there system stops working at 5. I left it for the next day, until 3pm still did not receive my order I reached out to the online support and this time im told "if the order is not delivered today it will be delivered monday", this is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and MR Price is at fault for setting the incorrect expectations. I then reach out to the social media team, what a waste of time the exact same response i got on whatsapp i got from the social media agent. PATHETIC customer service. As long as you can take peoples money you really couldnt care less about their experience.I am truly beyond disugusted at this point by the service i received.
