Worst customer experience in my life

I have opened a account with Mr Price credit to bye is R600 over 12 months after the first month i paid R300 on the account. One week later i received my statement only to find out there is 3 different insurances and funeral policies and a fundraiser I'm paying for what i didn't take out I phoned the accounts department but no one is assisting with this problem , every time for 5 times i phoned in aither they will transfer me or send the account to management for rectification. Today its a month already and nothing is been done, only 7 different people from their collection department that phones you very rudely asking when will the account be paid. This is the wors customer service in my life i have experienced.
