Worst customer experience and service levels by Mr price/ East rand mall

<p>On Saturday 20 May 2017 My family visited the Mr Price clothing store in the East rand mall (Gauteng) to do some clothes shopping but was not able to shop as my child and wife things was ****** from her trolley inside the store and the trolley was not left un attended to as it was on the right side of her while she was viewing the ladies clothing. Her cell phone, purse with monies and cards and child clothing and toiletries which was in the bag . when we ask the store assistant and manager on duty, he stated the shop has no security cameras and the guard who tapes up customers packets at the door stated a black lady walked out with our bacg pack on her shoulder. Ther staff there was not even willing to assist her or calm her down we even reported it to the east rand mall info desk. I would like to know what will Mr price division (management) do about this issue and how will my wife and child be compensated for the incident as she is depressed , tramatised and upset with the Mr Price store staff and East rand mall not being able to assist her on the time of the incident. </p>
