Worst Customer Experience

So Mr Price in Parow Centre does not allow shoppers to walk in store with trolleys as per management instruction, after a long day of shopping I thought I should get myself a few items and obviously my trolley was full as I had been shopping. I was informed at the door that trolley's aren't allowed and when I asked to speak to a store manager I was referred to a supervisor named Gary who explained that it was an instruction from the head office, my question remains,what am I supposed to do with my trolley and the goods inside when wanting to shop at Mr Price? Are you guys willing to lose business because of this pathetic rule? If your store is experiencing high shrinkage why aren't you installing CCTV Camera's and appointing sufficient security officers??
