worst customer care
Mr Price has the worst customer care support team. I have been trying to get i touch with a manager st Mr Price for a week and at the store they refere youto a whatapp number and a email address. When you send a whataspp and ask to speak to a manager they reply with an email address. When you send an email you get a response email saying "our support rep has indicated that your query has been resolved". But i never speak to a support rep and my query has not been resolved. They send you in circles and going to a store for help does not help . either. Can a manager at Mr Price please call me on ***

This is why i had to resort to hello peter because I tried for a week to get in touch and one just cannot get to speak to any manager via all their channels. This company is a joke and their policies make no sense. Can a senior manager please call me. ***
