Worst client service ever experienced from Mr Price

I experienced the worst form of service from any Mr Price group shop I’ve ever been to at Their Riverside mall shop from a representative named Nosipho. I was at the shop on Sunday 03/07/2022 for a few clothing items. One of the items I had picked up was the last of its kind and did not have a price tag. When I got to the till I waited for over half an hour for the items price and after the long wait the feedback Nosipho could provide was that I should leave and come back days later when she has found the price. When I respond to say that’s what I would regard as bad client service she responded with an attitude to say that’s the best she could do. Luckily the shops Assistant manager stepped in to assist in this regard. There is no way this experience will make me part ways with Mr Price so I there for would like to request better training for the staff in better handling items without price tags.
