Worst client service

Really disappointed with the service received from mr price clothing! I made a purchase using ozow on the 25th of February and after having my money taken off my order was not processed! Contacted ozow and mr price with my pop etc and guess what? The help desk from mr price comes back asking me for all the information I attached ? I only do online shopping and this is the worst service ever received!!!!! Quick to take our money but slow to actually pick up the fault and and send me what was in my basket!
