Worst CAll Center Agent

<p>I sent an email to Mr Price on the 26th April 2016, with regards to my statement. The last time i received it was November 2015. The reply form them was that they will contacy me within 24hrs. Till to date they have not called me. I called the call center and spoke to Juniour he was so rude from the introduction of the call. HE argued with me saying Mr Price does not respond saying theu will contact me within the soecified time. The guy has an attitude and does not have any telephone attiquete at all. How said he will send me the mail on my work email with the call reference number. I still have not received it and an email should not take lomgrt than 20 minutes. </p>
