Worst Branch the Glenn mall

i have no idea what is happening to customer services anymore. I was not assist when i used my Gift vouchers to purchased items of the store the assistance on the floor is really poor and staff is really unhelpful. After me complaining i was still not assisted.Staff has avisded that they no longer keep mark down items and these goes to the head office the first Mr Price. And here comes the shocker .. after Purchasing a bedding set for R 300 to come and find the Pillow case seem is torn after i opened this ????????????? i was like what is going on ... but let me guess the glenn will never change it and i will no longer make use of your store. It was actually a mistake requesting my quest at the wedding to purchase Mr price Vouchers for us as first open and this horror appears no wonder why your staff is so unhelpful .. 2 nd chain store that is no longer worried about customer satisfaction
