Worse service I have ever experienced

On the 04/01/2018 I visited the Mr Price Store in Canal walk and honestly speaking I am appalled by the service and professional capacity of the staff that work there.

Firstly, we asked a gentleman to assist us in finding the correct size of trousers unwillingly to assist he directed us to the incorrect trousers and insisted that those were the same trousers we requested, the more I told him that it's not the correct trousers the more he insists it's the same, after going back and forth he concludes that the pants on shelf is the last one without even confirming on the system and going the extra mile to find out if there is extra stock available.

We were also mistreated by a staff member by the name of Malema my husband was in the fitting room and fitting on some items, I was trying to assist him with the correct fit as store assistance was a "joke", approaching the room he abruptly said that only one person is allowed in the fitting room before I even approached the door. I am fami**** with all retail policies and going into the room was not my intention, he also questioned my husband numerous times about the number of items he had and about the belt he had in the Edgars bag which was not a Mr Price item if he had done his job correctly this would have not been an issue, and also observing him from head to toe making him feel like he was a *****, this type is service is repulsive and I don't think I will ever go to that store again.

Staff in general on the floor feel that personal conversations are more important than assisting the customer which is also the case at the mobile till points, I'm there to make a purchase and I don't want to hear about your personal life!

Lastly I would like to compliment Ernest which was the only one who was willing to assist us which I thank dearly however this does not change my perception of the store as a whole, I'm a regular customer of Mr Price and this type of treatment is genuinely terrible
