Worse Service frm Manager and Staff

Hi,<br> i just experienced the Worse Service from Manager and Staff alike at the Mr Price Hazyview branch.<br> Got to the paypoint, the guy that had to help me, looks me in the eye, ignores me, and then walks half way into the shop, and does not come back. So I wait a while, and after seeing the he is not planning to return, I go stand in the que again. There is now only 1 guy ringing up sales, but he is busy cleaning boots, so now nothing is happening. After finding the manager and asking what is going on, he shrugges me off as if this is how it works here. I left without purchasing anything - very sad , Ive been burned, and it will take a while before I buy from Mr Price again! Got my clothing from another shop.<br> Please Sharpen up your customer relations and training on how to greet customers and deal with them.
