Worse service ever in my life

Goodday and I am so angry and dissapointed in the way my nanny was treated today in Mr Price Ottery Hyper by the manager and a staff member because of a item I bought on 06 August 2021 for my baby a spiderman pyjamas and it broke after one wash and I send my nanny with the slip and when she arrived at the store firstly the manager told her Mr price don't sell broken clothes and the manager told my nanny that she must come tommorow when other manager is there and firstly why is that person the manager because customer service sucks and I must inconvenience myself and use petrol and come tommoorw and I want a apology from the manager and I want this outfit changed and this service I will put on all social media and we always shopping by Mr Price but this is the last time .
