WORSE SERVICE EVER

Worst Call Centre Customer Service Ever. Agent put me on hold Lady called Dalene for 10 min to check my profile disgusting Service ever. Now I'm on hold once again awaiting for assistance now I'm holding for another 5 min awaiting to speak to Dalene again. You tell me. There online service is unavailable there cell phone app is unavailable. I have been turned away from the Century / Westgate Mall Mitchell's plain several time due to the fact I'm unable to purchase with my cell phone.
