Worse service

Made an online shopping an they was a problem with the website, payment went through however it was not allocated to the item I was this was almost 3months ago and I still haven't received my money back I've been told different stories everyweek its actually exhausting...its a small amount R255 but its mine n I didn't get the item. This money is accumulating interest in they account. All I want is my money back that's it
