Worse service
I called Mr price asking them why they being deducting 100 from my account they said because I took a Mrp top up ,1st they said I signed at the store I then came to the store to my surprise the was nothing few minutes later . A consultant called saying I was called. Which on d recording they speaking to another person and not me. The big question now is howmany people are paying things by mr price which they dont have?What an appalling experience worse is people get scaredwhen told they have a recording. Well not me

25 Jul 2019, 11:51Yesterday Noxolo from the MrP mobile said she was gonna call me back with my feedback, well she didn't instead I called back. I made it clear to her that should she not call I want my account with Mr Price closed as I am annoye with the kind of day light ******* that customers experience. She will have to pay my account now and close it. Imagine even after I called she still didn't have feedback other tha saying the account department will have to calculate ????????????. They good in calculating how much we owe but bad in calculating my money????????????????. Well I urge everyone with Mr Pric account to check they're monthly statements.
