Worse customer SERVICE

So I went to MR PRICE CLOTHING MIMOSA MALL BLOEMFONTEIN to go and fetch my card because I was approved , I got there the guy at the door, walked with me to the counter where he asked the lady who was already busy with a client, to please assist me when she is done with that client and she agreed, looked up and greeted me and said she will help me in a sec, So while she was waiting for response of the client she was busy with she asked for my documents and she helped me in between which went smoothly until she had to ask for authorition to give me a card, The lady she called Eunice got to the counter, asked her who wanted a card looked at me and turned for a book that she just put in front of me and pointed with her pen in the book, and I just looked confused at her what she was pointing at, poor lerato who is already multi tasking had to turn and say" please will you sign here" while Eunice with a stinking ATTITUDE stood there with her month closed, for a second I thought she couldn't speak, but than I heard how she was saying something to Lerato, than I realise Eunice was just plain rude towards me period ! She made me sign something without explaining anything to me, the do's and don'ts of the account nothing, AND NOW MR PRICE CAN KEEP THEIR ACCOUNT, THE CAN CLOSE MINE PLEASE TEACH YOUR STORE MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE THE CASHIER LERATO WAS DOING A FAR BETTER JOB THAN EUNICE, SHE CAN LEARN FROM HER...
