Wonderful customer service

I visited the Mr Price Chatsworth branch on the 13/04/2018 and was assisted at the till by a bubbly cashier named Sheila (She did tell me her traditional name but I seem to have forgotten.). I start this off by saying that she is an asset to your company. She is bubbly, charismatic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sheila offers on the best customer service and I can understand why she is the last face that is seen before a customer leaves. I want to commend her on how she dealt with a customer behind me who was being impatient. The customer was being very impatient and demanded to be seen, Sheila politely smiled at her and said she will be assisted shortly as the cashiers still are assisting other customers. Generally, irate customers are dealt with in a very harsh manner in other establishments, but this one- nope! not with Sheila at the front end! She smiled at me and apologized for not concentrating on me, which I found amazing.

Great customer service by your staff member Sheila, she could turn a bad day around! With that kind of customer service, I will most definitely be back, even if only for a friendly face!
