Wonder park Mr price manager

i called earlier on the 03/08/2023 at Mr price Wonder park and spoke to a teller\store employee asking about a bag (P***) and was told they have stock 28 in total i drove the wife there and to our surprise we were greeted by the store manager(she) who was extremely Rude telling us the bags are finished and they never had stock when we asked the stuff on the floor we were told the bags they do have but don't wanna get into trouble with their manager the fear in their eyes we wanted to confront her but feared people will loose their jobs over a bag please can someone do a store visit and find out the stuff treatment the fear they have is not a healthy one, also customer service training for the manager is a must have as a min Qualification
