Willem will pay for NOTHING because we did cancel and the service is poor!!!!!!

On the 28th Nov my husband pay account in full the lady say she will cancel it and send a paid up letter. We didn't receive anything so he call again the lady say it isn't cancel... Aaai thats upsetting.... Natasha said that she will cancel it, the insurances is never cancel for what my husband asked for. So she said she will cancel it by the end of the day and we will receive a paid up letter. That never happened of the 4th of December!!!!!
