Will anyone ever help me?!

I paid a large amount on my Mr price account to bring my installments down to a more manageable amount so that I may be able to buy a car.<br> <br> Before I had done this my installment amount was R580 on a R5500 account, I paid R4500 on the account. The first month I received my statement saying my installment was still R580. I had to make an additional loan to get through the month. The next month the installment was R545, yet again I was *****ed. This month the installment is back to R550. Each month I phoned them, each month they told me the installemnt calculator is giving problems, but that they will manually adjust it. And each month I get threatened with the credit bereu because of payments being behind.<br> <br> I am now trying to lodge a complaint for the past two days, each time they give me a different number saying thats the compalints number, and each office says that they are not responsible for complaints and cannot help me. They refuse to help! I am to the point where I want to close my account, but I am told I will loose all the policies that I have been paying for. <br> <br> What can I do? Where can I actually lodge a complaint, close my account and not loose what I paid for?
