Why is there a delay!

Mr Price online shopping you give me no option but to post here on hello peter. I made 3 different online purchases on Sunday the 26th for cyber weekend promotion with free delivery on coupon BF350. My orders are still processing on your app after I chose store express delivery which takes 2/3days. Today is the 2nd day already and my order is not even processed yet. You guys send me an email saying confirmation of orders and we need to email or phone if we have any queries . For the 2nd time I email you guys and there is no reply not even an automated response. I then call your the number provided and the lady assures me that my orders will be processed today. Still there is nothing being processed . I feel it is wrong that you advertise free delivery with options on store express and economy express . My economy order that I placed on Sunday is ready for delivery . Store express - 2/3 days Store economy - 6/7 days. So store express which takes quicker to arrive at the store is not being done on your side.
