WHY IS ONLINE SERVICE SO ****ING SLOW
I placed an order LOOOOONG ago. I got an order notification 30/05/2020 that my order has been shipped. to date I have not yet received it. a week ago I phoned fedex and they said 'they don't know' why its hasn't arrived at me by now.
Between Mr Price Help and FedEx I am not sure who to rate as worse. I call the call centre nobody answers, I send emails no nobody responds, yet companies such as these 2 are quick to take your money! Where is my ****ing order???
