Why bother having an online store?

I discovered Mr Price's website and was very impressed how easy it was to find and order items which I promptly did. And then things went downhill.<br> <br> I placed the order on the evening of the 7th.<br> <br> On the 8th I was contacted via e-mail and told one of the items was out of stock.<br> On the 9th I was contacted via e-mail and told another of the items was out of stock. 30 minutes later I got the same e-mail from a different person about the same item.<br> <br> Based on my delivery option I was suppose to get the items within 3 days. But my order is reflecting \on hold"with the last remaining item still under \""processing\"". How will my order arrive tomorrow if it hasn't been shipped yet?<br> <br> Is the stock picked and packed by drunk people"
