Why Are They Phoning Me Incessantly
I have recently open an account with Mr Price. I understand they need to market themselves and I enjoy the brand BUT... I am being inundated with calls at least 5 times A DAY since opening my account! I work normal working hours and cannot answer my phone during these times (which I told them upon opening the account). They phoned my fiance looking for me - and would NOT tell him WHY THEY KEEP PHONING!! I assume it is some kind of welcome party but after two attempts and no answer... give up? I have strict phone rules in my office, Mr Price's Call Centre cannot take priority. Can anyone tell me why they keep phoning so much?
