Who do we approach with our complaints????

I bought a pair of slip-on heals in Mafikeng at around 09h00 and by 13h00 BOTH heals were chipped and cracked. I was in Mmabatho for work and had to rush to make the 4hr drive back to the office to drop off the company, meaning I didn’t get a chance to pass by the branch again.

I submitted a query online and no one has attempted to reach out to me. Who exactly do we submit customer complaints to????
