Where's my refund

I ordered clothes online in April and waited patiently for lockdown regulations to allow for delivery. When it was finally sent out it was stuck at the courier for a week. After contacting Mr Price, with no reply, I contacted the courier company who told me they'll get Mr Price to contact me. I was told my package was damaged and Mr Price canceled my order... The order I wanted and I did not cancel. I spoke to Nomalanga and was told I'll be getting a refund. I received a voucher instead. I did not cancel this order so I do not want a voucher, I want a refund. And I've been ignored on all email services, it's pathetic.
