Where is the Confidentiality in my account

I try to phone Mr Price, they have send me a Store Receipt and is seams it came from Mr Price Ermelo, I haven't buy anything the last few months on my account and I want to now where did they get my email adress because I didn't buy anything for the amount of R510-36.
