Where is my Apology Mr Price

Last year I was at Mr Price in Moruleng mall, at I was leaving the store the security guard at the door grabbed me and pulled me hard back in the store, she did this without saying a word to me while I repeatedly told her to store pulling me like that. Only after she was done with the other person she was talking to, she looked at me and said "Why do you just pass me like that, am I a statue?" I told her there was no sign/notice anywhere for me to not pass her at the door after I paid for my Tshirts, she continued being rude, I asked for the manager and she still didn't apologize. As I was in a hurry I left and only called head office Mr Price when I got home. Long story short, this was over 9 months ago and I am still waiting for the letter of apology that was promised to me by Mr Price. This only makes me believe Mr Price does not care at all about me as their customer, but only cares about the money they make from us
