Where has the level of customer service gone?!!

I called regarding a complain I have about insurances that was activated automatically on my account. I requested the agent send me the proof where I acknowledge and approved the charges to my account but instead she got cheeky and back chatted me. Where has the level of customer service gone??!!!!
